**Today** is the first tab and the iPhone version of the web app's This week screen. It answers three questions in one scroll: how search is doing, what changed and what to do next. The site pill above the tab bar shows which site you're looking at; tap it to switch.

## What's on the screen

| Section | What it tells you |
| --- | --- |
| **Search health** | One 0–100 score from your Search Console query rows: click momentum, CTR vs expected, top-10 reach and visibility growth. Tap it for **How the score is built**. |
| Clicks, Pages up, Fixes | The period's clicks, how many pages gained and how many fixes are waiting. |
| **Search performance** | Clicks, impressions, CTR and average position against the previous 28 days. |
| **Do these first** | The fixes worth the most clicks right now, with **Add to Tasks** and **Ask**. |
| **Biggest win** and **At risk** | The page that gained the most and the one losing the most. |
| **Ranking ladder** | How many searches rank in the top 3, 10, 20 and 100, and how many moved up or down. Tap a tile to see the searches that entered or left that band. |
| **Needs attention** | Drops, decaying pages and Google updates. **See all** opens Alerts. |
| **Top movers** | The searches that gained or lost the most clicks. |

> **Note:** The line under the score says which dates you're seeing, for example **Data through Oct 10**. Search Console reports with a delay of about two days. Tap the **i** for the reporting period, the comparison period and when the data was last refreshed.

## Turn a fix into a result

1. **Add the fix to your tasks** Tap **Add to Tasks** on a fix in **Do these first**, or open **Work → Fixes** for the full list. Sort by **Biggest impact**, **Least effort** or **Newest**, and filter by kind: striking distance, low CTR, decay, cannibalization or missing content.
2. **Do the work** Open the task in **Work → Tasks**. **Ask the assistant how to do it** writes the finished text, such as a new title, for that page.
3. **Mark it shipped** Tap **Mark shipped**, pick the day the change went live, what to measure (the page, one search query or the whole site) and how long: 14, 28 or 56 days.
4. **Read the verdict** When the window closes, the task moves to **Work → Results** as **Won**, **Flat** or **Lost**. A win means clicks rose at least 10% and by more than normal day-to-day swings.

> **Tip:** Pull down on Today to refresh. The app uses the same opportunity engine and measuring rules as the web app, so both list the same fixes for the same site. Tasks you add on the phone show up on the web straight away.
