How results are measured
When you mark a task shipped, we compare the page's Search Console data over the same number of days before and after the ship day, leaving the ship day itself out. We also measure the rest of your site over the same days as a control, so a sitewide rise or seasonal swing isn't credited to your fix.
Tip:Give a fix at least two to four weeks before judging it. Google needs time to recrawl and re-rank the page.
