Indexability
The indexability report compares the pages Google shows in search with the URLs your site exposes. It finds pages that may not be indexed, pages missing from your sitemap and results that don't earn clicks. For Google's own answer on a URL, use URL Inspection in Search Console.
Page speed
Page speed checks Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP and CLS) for your most important pages. Each metric uses field data from real Chrome users when Google has it for the URL, and the history shows the effect of a fix.
Internal links
Internal links suggests links between your own pages based on their text: which page should link to which, the sentence where the link fits and the anchor text to use. Run a site crawl first so pairs that are already linked are hidden.
