What is Google Search Console (GSC)

Google Search Console is a free service from Google that helps you monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot your site's presence in search results. It provides data on impressions, clicks, rankings, indexing status, and technical issues.

Example

GSC shows you're getting 10,000 impressions for 'running shoes' but only 200 clicks, indicating low CTR that needs improvement.

How to apply it

Connect all site properties, submit sitemaps, monitor Core Web Vitals, check indexing coverage, analyze search queries, request indexing for new content.

Tip:GSC data has a 2-3 day delay. For recent changes, check the URL Inspection tool which shows fresh crawl data.

Track it in GSC Boost

GSC Boost reads your Search Console data and tells you what to fix first, with the clicks each fix is likely to bring. Start with the guide or sign up free.
